your input on magazine selection for ads

Which is more appropriate for putting an ad for RIR, a trade magazine in the same industry or a DOL recognized one? My lawyer recommended IEEE, even though the position is neither for people with EE degree nor in an EE related industry. But lawyer thinks that IEEE has more reader base and recognition by DOL. There are couple of trade magazines in our industry, which is small and close-knit. The position asks for experience in this trade.

IEEE is not restricted to EE only. Their publication are subject based - don't confuse with name.
