I have a question. I have a co-sponsor and that is my mother in law. She is actually the sole sponsor in this case. My questions is, is it necessary that she sends her pay stubs, if she has included her tax returns as well as her W2?

If she is a co-sponsor, she is not the sole sponsor.
Regardless, she may be asked to attach pay stubs along with tax documents.

Better to be safe than sorry. Include both the W2, tax returns and perhaps last 3-4 months of paystubs.

Also, even if your mother is considered the "sole sponsor" because she has the money, she is still considered the co-sponsor by USCIS. Be sure to include your own tax returns as well, even if you didn't make enough money last year to meet the poverty requirements.
