Hi to everyone, I'm new here. If somebody had this issue with uscis: Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online.
Could you please provide details on it.
Me and my wife applied for i-485 on July, and on august we had FP done. When the last time I checked online status it was saying "Acceptance", but next day on 04 OCT 2013 I checked and had this message "Your case information is incomplete within Case Status Online".
My wife got approved for asylum in 2012. Thanks.
