Today I get this message when I went the INS Status online.
Does anyone know what this means ?
Does it count the number of times your number(s) are queried on?
 
Got this message as well.
Apparently they're tracking the no. of tries.

Try to do these:
1.) Close and open your browser, then try again.
2.) If it doesn't work, clear your "cookies" before doing (1)

Still get the error though.
Did clearing cookies work for you.

Page with no details and then access denied

It seems like INS is updating there site. At first I got a page with only the field names and no data (it looked different from a then format that I am used to looking at) and on next try access denied message. INS must be doing maintenance this early.
 
Got the same errors in the same order.

First I got page with only names but no values. Next, I got an error saying "Access denied due to too many inquiries". I wonder if they sarted tracking the number of inquiries from today, or if there is something wrong with the site.
 
I was getting same error this morning, Its working now. :)

It is working fine now ...

At 8:30 I got the error messages. At 9:30 it was fine.

I do not think that they are tracking the nos. Out of curiosity I checked the status of my old H1 EAC00173xxxxx (that was approved in 2000) for the first time. Initially I got a screen with the field info blanked out. Then I got "too many inquiries" error message. Now that the system is up, I am getting the approval message.
