After reading about previous approvals , I decided to check the AVM and happy to let all of you know that the I485 for both me and my spouse was approved on Oct 27. AVM not updated till yesterday.

Original I 140 was approved for CP and attorney replied within 60 days to INS that we would file AOS.
I140 redo for company name change approved for AOS.
