it would be NSC Orig. only and not CSC>NSC bcos transfered cases percent is 0.1 only compared to NSC orig.

so it could be more wait if you are from CSC bcos NSC received in Feb/mar.07 and they are considering our RD of 07 only and not our original that is the issue here. so if you are luckiest you would get anytime otherwise in a loop.............. if you are CSC>NSC....
