I did receive 6 emails 2 for each case 140/485 and 485 for spouse at noon today. I am very happy now. It took me 19 and 1/2 months of waiting for 140 .

I was thinking I have to apply for 7th year ext. in december and no, not anymore.

Do I need two appointments for stamping at Dallas USCIS office(for me and spouse) or just one is enough?

I did try everything possible things suggested by forum members here. I don't know which one worked. Please let me know if I can be of any help.

It was EB3-Concurrent with labor approval. All in all from starting it took total of 3 years with labor and everything.

You are not alone ! Still here from May'02, yes we need god's mercy by all means. Life is miserable, first there was Frances then Jeanne, with couple of shingles gone on new house, this green card issue is keeping me awake in the night. But you know what ? hope is a good thing ! If you have any left !!

Bash, I can understand your pain. For last 3 months after FP it's been like hell. All I can say at this point is, don't leave anything that can be done from your end, like contacting senators, sending faxes etc. You never know which one is going to click and keep the hope high.

Without 140 approved for almost 20 months, I was thinking it all the time what if my company closes it's door. It was like a nightmare.
