Should all three(Mother,Father and GrandMother) apply together at the same time or GrandMother should apply after like 6 months?

Together or split in 2 ??

I think if you go together, Imm Officer may feel that intent to migrate and may not come back (The whole family)...So I think parents and grand mother go on different date then it would be better if you have sufficient time. If you can do like once parents get Visa and visit USA and go back and then ask GrandMa to appear that would be much better. So its all depends on your seatuation...All the Best...
