Hi All,
I have come to the US on F1 visa and got my H1 approved but havent got my H1 visa stamped in my country yet. I plan to apply for my labor certification for green card here in the US and leave to my country to get my visa stamped before my labor is cleared. I have heard that when you fill a form to get the H1 visa stamped, they ask if anybody has applied for immigration for me. Should i say yes or no?
Correct me if i am wrong, I think I can say no. As only if i had applied for I-480 or I-485 I should say yes.
Had anybody gone to india to get your visa stamped when your labor for green card was in process.
Please help!!!!!
