Thank you God! After a long, long wait, my case was finally approved on May 17. I have been long time quite observer of this forum and now I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the hope they were brining and for sharing their experiences. This forum was the base place for me to get an idea as to what is going on with the approval process at NSC. I hope that your day, as mine, will come and the anguish will be over for you as well.
As far as the details of my case are concerned, I changed my primary job over a year after my 140 got approved and therefore, I was under the protection of AC21. On March 19, after almost two years without any change on my online case status, they issued me RFE for job employment letter and because I was under AC21, I also was asked to document my job history since the last lawful entry to US (W2s, Taxes, Pay stubs, etc) . When my lawyer sent the RFE response back in the first week on May, I had really high hopes for seeing progress on my case and sure enough, not even two weeks later my online status changed and showed approval status.
Again, I would like to wish good luck to all waiting. It looks like things are really speeding up at NSC.
