I had already submitted the Yellow Page along with a letter from the employer, would I still need the RFE ???

I forget to post the YELLOW PAGE. I had my finger prints done on April 12, 2001. I gave the Employment Letter to KC INS Officer along with the Finger Print Notice.
Did I make a mistake by not sending the letter along with the YELLOW PAGE.
RFE is different story. You may receive it. However in NSC you more likely can get it after 180 days, so it is not a problem if you are a good specialist and find new and terrific (I mean good for your) job, having your EAD (allow 100 days to get it).
Yes. I seriously doubt that the local officer will forward letter to INS> You can still submit the letter with the yellow form. I don\'t think there is a statute of limitation on returning the yellow form.
If you gave the employment letter at the place you did your fingerprints, then you gave it to the FBI, not the INS. They will just throw it away. Anyway to get it into the right file, you need to send the emp letter WITH the yellow form.
