Yellow letter received before FP

Folks,

I received my Yellow letter before FP date. However, did not receive Yellow letter for my wife. Our N-400 were filed together.

1. Is it normal to receive YL before FP? In most cases, YL is received 1 month after FP?

2. Does this mean that my interview will happen earlier than normal process?

There is absolutely to be inferred by receiving the yellow letter (or not). It seems to be generated out of a different system (it does not change the Last Updated date of your record).

By the dates in your signature, your application is proceeding on the current 'normal' path. (Add your DO to your signature file and perhaps someone can suggest the normal times for your district office)
