Today I received a letter from USCIS because I checked option for arrested and citation. 9 yrs back I got a traffic ticket somewhere on a highway when I was driving from NY to Niagara falls, I was on vacation and was a resident of florida at that time. I don't know remember the county of the place where I got the ticket.
Another issue is I got a ticket in Florida too 9 yrs back, but I can get certified copy from DMV for the last 7 years, so if I order certified copy I may not get the ticket record in it.

Can anyone help me on what documents I should produce or how what should I do?

The Yellow letter says "You indicated in your application that you have been arrested. For these arrests and any other incidents in which you may have been involved, bring originals or certified copies of all arrest records and court dispositions showing how each incident was resolved."

Thanks.

You shouldn't have mentioned it but now that you did it depends on the IO some ppl get asked some don't. Your DMV wouldn't show it since it was in another state, maybe because is so old they won't ask for proof of payment but if you remember where it was try calling and asking if they have something in their system. I don't think is a big deal at all, you should be fine =)

Yellow letter verbiage is standard. If the IO does ask you about the tickets, tell them what you just wrote, I am sure the IO will be a reasonable person.
