Yellow form

I did not receive any yellow form with FP notice. I have read on other discussion boards about this yellow form that is sent with FP notice. Not sure whether VSC does that or not. If you\'ve received a yellow form, can you post some details.

VSC is not in the practice of sending the so called \'Yellow Form\' while sending the finger prints notice. VSC do send RFEs(Request for Further Evidence) after finger prints are received and if they need any clarifications.
