Yellow form vs Blue form

RD 01/21/00, ND 01/25/00, FP 12/16/00, not assigned officer yet.
When I received FP notice, there was blue form (EB) instead of
yellow form (same content). Would that be catagorized to different
queue for processing? Any similiar experience?

Same thing for me too. RD 2/00 ND 2/00 FP 12/26/00 EB2 Blue form along with FP notice. Still waiting for approval.
