I have a very similar timeline for the same DO but no interview letters.

I have two questions for you; Did you get any RFE on your case? Did you receive any email stating that they sent the interview letter?

Thanks in advance ;)

You have my reply in PM and also the other thread :)

It is amazing how fast is getting Atlanta.

For more information about interviews please go to "AOS Interview Experiences" made by Ari4u, is very informative.

Remember, sometimes they check the date of birth of in-laws and places where you have been, since that is what you wrote in the G-325a.

Good luck to you all,

I've probably said it before in other threads, but congrats to everyone that got their interview notices. Nice to see lots of people getting all excited/nervous like myself. :D

Congrats CS2004,

I read in a post someone wondering the same thing - whether the latest LUD change that happened a few weeks prior to Interview indicated completion of the FBI Namecheck. It could very well be... but I haven't seen any change in LUD for I-485 (filed by my husband, Im the sponsor) since we sent it. I'm starting to get a bit worried now... since it's only 105 days after the ND of I-485 that we have our interview. Hoping that the namecheck would be complete before the interview $$.

Thanks a_usa.
Dont worry a_usa lets hope we get cleared before our interview. Still we have some time.

I had been lurking around for many months reading posts from the helpful members of this forum. Time and again I have come here with questions but each time I found answers using the search, without even needing to post my question. Today, I received my interview notice and I am so happy that I want to share with you all.

I am on H1B and my wife is a USC. Thank you all for running this forum, it has been very helpful.

My Timeline (DO=Sac)

Congratulations! :)

Thank you patty579

I have one question to which I could not find a clear answer --> I am using my income to qualify for the income requirement and had submitted I864A earlier with my I485, but at that time we had not filed our taxes for the year 2005. Now that we are going to the interview, do I need to take with me a another prepared 864A with 2005 income details or do I just need to take my W2s and 2005 Tax return?

Thanks

I don't think you need to have another I-864A, but I'm not positive. You could bring a copy of the one you submitted.
Definitely bring your tax returns and W2s and an employment letter and/or current paystub. Basically, bring anything that could help you prove that you are going to be able to support yourself/be supported. And of course a lot of proof of your relationship.

Hoooorrrrray!! I received my interview letter today you guys! :D :D :D
So excited!! It's for July 24th, 11:15.

Only downside now: we practically don't have any joint documents together yet. The only doc with both our names is the lease agreement for our apartment. I do have a couple of pictures though.
It just sucks: without EAD no Social, without Social no joint health insurance, car insurance or bank account. I wonder if this is gonna be a problem?

Oh well. I'll worry about it tomorrow. For now, I'm pretty happy! :) :) :) :)

Congratulations Patty!!!

Do you have a joint bank account? I remember when I opened my first bank account they only required to see my passport since I didn't have a SSN yet. Plus he can add you as an authorized user in his credit cards, again no SSN required.

We should all start to talk about all the documents that we're gonna bring to the interview. There's many of us with the interview around the same date.

Thanks Payala. We already tried to open a joint bank account, but they wouldn't let my husband add me without a Social. I remember he said it was possible, but very complicated. Maybe it's time to get complicated, then! Thanks for pointing it out, we will definitely try that again. :)

So far, all we have is the lease agreement. We have a cell phone family plan, but the bill is only in his name.

Cherr, thanks, that's really good to know. :) I will still try and get as much as I can. Maybe I will get my EAD soon, that will make things a lot easier.

Natty, sorry I haven't replied to your post yet! I was grocery shopping and on the way home I got my letter. And then my mom called, and everybody knows what that means! :D
