I am absolutely thrilled to inform all of you that our cases (My wife and I) have been approved on June 29, 2004. It has been a long journey.

On Monday, I faxed a letter to the USCIS-TSC informing them of the impending expiration of our fingerprints. I believe that letter did the trick. I obtained the sample letter and the fax number from this forum. May God bless him/her, whomever came up with that letter and the fax number.

This forum is great. Sharing personal experiences helps us all. Keep up the good work my fellow members. Kudos to individuals who started and are maintaing this forum.

BTW, no RFE.

Thanks and may God bless us all.

Congratulations!!

I am wondering if you still have that information (or web link) about that sample letter and the fax number. I cannot find it in this forum. Could you please post it? Thanks.

Congratulations!!! It seems like the fax did work for you. I sent the fax too, and the letter both, but no luck for me :-(

If I remember right.

Congratulations!!

If I remember right : - ) we have exchanged some thought not too long ago.

Enjoy, life is more abundant than US immigration suggests.

Re: Processing of my I-485 case before FP expiration for case # SRCXXXXXXXXXX

Dear Officer:

I would like to bring it to your attention that the fingerprinting results for my I-485 petition are about to expire. My priority date is March XX, 1999. It has been more than XX years since I submitted my application for Permanent Residency, and more than two years since I submitted my I-485 petition. A speedy processing of my I-485 petition before my fingerprints expiration date will be greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.

Sincerely Yours,
