Mine and my wife's 485 has been approved. Our notice date was May 8, 2003. What a relief !!!!!!!!!! Waiting for the notice in the mail to go for stamping.

Congratulations...

Was there anything special in your case....what do you think triggered the approval....Your finger printing is not going to expire soon....was there any RFE in your case

Dunno what might have triggered the approval. We had applied for my 1st EAD and my wife's EAD renewal. My EAD was approved last month -but her EAD renewal was pending although it was before mine. So may be her imminent EAD renewal might have triggered the 485 approval. Or it may just he the Ohata memo working its charm....

Thanks to all for the wishes and support. i hope to still be part of these forums that have provided a solid support structure and encouragement throughout the ordeal.

Guess it is the new policy of USCIS to approve all concurrent 140/485 filers at around the same time.

Is it possible it is 2003 and not 2004 (eac03 vs eac04)
