Hi All

After a looooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggg wait. My 485 application was approved.

I-140 ND 10/2002 (not yet approved)
EAD approved twice in 2003 and 2004
AP approved in 2004 (applied only once)
I-485 ND 12/2002 AD: 12/03/04

LUD changed 5 times in the last two weeks of November.
My family's 485 not yet approved.

What a relief. Guys hang on you will get it. THis forum is an excellent platform to exchange immigration information. Thanks Rajiv Khanna. I used to read everyones experience here and I am happy that I have successfully completed this journey. Thanks one and all and my best wishes to everyone in this forum.

What is your FP date ?

You should probably check with your lawyer to see if they've received the 140 approval.
