OK I am an AC21 case.

-Took new job with same responsibilities and different title
-Didnt inform INS about job change
-RFE about employment letter
-Replied to RFE end of June 03

Dont know exact appoval date since only my lawyer has got the notice

Not changed in AVM or online though.(any approved cases experience this?)


LIFE IS SO GOOD. IM HAPPY!

Congrats dude. Couple of questions though :

1. Did previous employer inform BCIS or try to revoke I-140?
2. If they did not what triggered the RFE since you did not inform BCIS? An address change ?

No(Thank God).

No address change. I think they generate RFEs for employment for everyone.

Enjoy your freedom. If you changed the job with different title, did you mention that in your RFE.
180 days have been passed for me after applying 485. Not sure if I can do another job with different title with different responsibilities.

Yes my new title was mentioned in the employment letter.

My responsibilites were the same as in previous job(ie almost matched the wording that was in labor approval)

Also I had about 3k higher in new job.
