Our 485 is approved today..14th jan
I just saw it on online and surprised to see that it is approved....I could not digest myself about this news!!!
;) So guys i wish everyone to get 485 approval immediately


What a big relief now.....freedom....

Now i believe that INS is approving new 485's.
Ours is not ageout case and rfe case.
The following are my case details

MD Oct 26th 2001
RD oct 29th 2001
ND Dec 04 th 2001
FP March 29th 2002
AD JAN 14th 2003

Generally how long it will take to get approval notice??
