Mine and my husband's approved today.... just now i got a email from INS..
Here is my husband (Primary) details:

PD: 04/04/2001.
I-140: 05/30/2002 (approved date)
I-485: 07/18/2002 (RD)
FP1: 09/10/2002
FP2: 06/08/2004
LUD: 06/15/2004
AD : 07/01/2004

FBI Name check Faxed today

Congrats...Did you apply EAD recently?

Yes.. I applied 3rd EAD & AP on April 14th 2004 and 3 rd AP approved on 06/07/2004...
Fax no: 202-324-3367 with Full name (Both of us), DOB, A# and resi tele phone.

By the way, I presume the FBI Name Check Fax has nothing to do with the approval?

current EAD & AP
Driver's License
2 photos (INS photos)

That's it. It doesn't hurt if you carry any other documents (like employment proof, I140 approval if you have one etc)

Laidoff last sept 03 from GC processing company, now i joined new company in dec'03... do i need to take new employment offer letter and pay stub.. or just Labor ,I-140 aprrovals......

Congrats on your approval. BTW what is that FBI name check/Faxing your details etc. Can you please provide more details. Isn't that done by INS as opposed to we sending them informarion
