I can't believe it. Felt i like as i am waiting for long time...the moleculus of waiting spread thru my body when i applied seem to be vanishing. the 485 molecules are still there

Last night i got mail from employer and it was my I140 approval. I been checking status and the status still say its been pending and blah. I don't know when they would change the status or the friggin techie cached all the eac numbers on the server side.

Any here are my case details.

ND: 05/15/2003 ( 140/1485)
FP : Done 03/03/2004

RFE Issued on 4/27/04
RFE Replied on 5/6/04
RFE Received on 5/11/04
LUD 5/14/2004
Status Inquiry Initiated 07/17/04
AD I140 - 9/1/04


I hope you guys get your approval soon. I will still participate in this forum.

The LUD is still May/11/2004 for I140 and May/06/2004 for 485. I don't understand why didn't it change or send me an email if it was approved on Sept 1 2004
 
I don't know... brigand started it and I kinda thought it was a good. I got approval a week after that I believe and so i thought i will continue with that.

I think the yahoo song kinda goes pretty good with approval. :)

my 140 is approved too this week

RD is 8/9/2004 and AD is 9/13/2004.
I checked online it says it is approved . Now waiting for actual approval copy

June04, Usually the copy comes withing 2-3 weeks of time and sometimes early. My case was different never got approval message but the approval notice in the mail.

Hopefully you get yours soon.

Congrats on your approval..Can you please post your details in 2004 Tracekr, so that others can keep track of the stats.By the way, is yours Concurrent Filing..?EB3/EB2 etc.?
