I am very happy that this 5 Year Saga is finally over.

No More Waiting!

Got that magic email I have been waiting for a long time. It says that our new cards have been ordered for production.

I did not receive the Approval Mail. Only Card ordered for production.

I have gone thru 2 RFE's, 2 FP's, Stress, Trauma, B.P and what not.

My RD is 1/3/2003.
was xfer to TSC : 2/24/07

So, I think the same IO must have my case too!?

I will try to cross all my body parts.. let us see. :D

The trend is that Approval notice message will be the next day. So expect it tomorrow

In my case, the approval notice came 2 days after the card production ordered notice.

did you notice your PD, RD and AD all have number 12 in it. Enjoy.

Thanks to all of you for your wishes. I believe that the visa numbers are allocated as predicted by some seniors in this forum and hopefully lot more approvals are on their way.

Good Luck to everyone who are waiting for the approvals and many many thanks to this forum who kept my dreams alive.

Sannams : After my FP, I had an LUD on 7/11/07 with the same message and on 7/12/07 changed to the Card Ordered for Production.

SVadlani : 1st RFE is for Medicals. Apparantly they lost it and asked to provide it. I submitted the Medical again in April 2003. 2nd RFE for W2's, Paystubs and Employer Letter. Submitted all of them in June 2005. Retro from July 2005 and stuck there.

Akbari : Hope you will have your Approval also pretty soon. Looks like they already assigned Visa Numbers to all the old timers. We will pray for you and cross all our body parts also for your approval. I know how frustating it is for the old timers.

Actually USCIS by mistake sent my file to storage and never approved but kept on renewing my EAD & AP. Came to know the problem by contacting the Congressman and finally got it back into the streamline with lots of hassle and agony. On top of that my I-140 was approved twice, once in Jan 2003 and 2nd time June 2003 and sent my 485 file to storage. I think that the second 140 approval is supposed to be my 485 approval.
