Its valid exactly for 1 year. Not sure if it is a good sign or bad

if your's is valid for 4 months only then may be because CIS thinks that your I-485 will take max of 4 more months or less (According to recent changes in EAD processing & validity criteria) so hope for the best, man

Went and bought an expensive cigar and self-gloated on my success!! Now that Im a non-voting american, I can finally say this:
