Finally my I485 status has been changed from pending to 'Card production ordered'.Both me and my wife got the approval at same time. I am still waiting for emails .
I wish and pray for everyone to get their GC very soon...

My PD is Feb 2001(EB3,India).My cas was in extended review for a month and I am not sure about that.I have been talking to them from past 4 months and they have been giving me the following answers.

Jan 2008:Under Extended Review
Feb 2008:According to New FBI rule(Name check) I am eligible for approval
Mar 2008:Assigned to Officer
April 2008 :Same
May 2008:Same
1st week of June :Every thing got reviewed and everything looks fine and Visa got allocated and just sitting for final look.

Looks like gc_patient is under extended review some time back and got cleared. As they said it may take days/months/years. But not sure why in some cases it takes longer.

I am also waiting for a good news from saprachna and punjabi007 who got stuck in extended review. If these cases are approved before I am current then I don't need to think of WOM.

But currently I want to stay current for few months before filing WOM. Not yet current as per July Bulletin.

Did you send ACT21 letter every time. Do you see any updates LUD after sending ACT21 and is there any way to find out they have received the act21.

I always send AC21 letter, never saw LUDs around that time.
