I filed my labor from WY in July and I heard my state processing is done and my file is transferred to Federal on Sep 27th. Denver federal processing is October '04 so I was happy and awaited for the federal approval. But then happened the painful thing. As per the new rules governing set up of backlog reduction centers in Dallas and Philedelphia, Denver transferred their files to Dallas (incl my federal application). Now nobody is telling me the processing times at these backlog reduction centers. Lawyer said 3months, 6months or 1year we dont know.....is there anybody facing the same problem? any idea?

Infact my situation is same as yours,My state (Wyoming)Labour was applied on July8th and got cleared in Oct 1st week and was sent to Denver on Oct 12th and later in Nov ,My Attorney says that he recieved a letter that my File was sent to Backlog,said it may take time 3 or ,6 months or 1 year, and recently when I called up him he says that he recieved a 45 day letter for processing my labour,Any idea did you get this same ?
if so will the lawyer receieves any receipt?

Hey Srini,

As you can see krishsur4GC filed his application on Jan 2005 and got cleard recently. I am wondering since yours went in October, how come yours went to BEC rather than get it done at Denver DOL?

Any idea?

My attorney filed my labour 15th march 2005,very new in this forum. Can any one please guide me how long it will take to clear my labour from wyoming.

45 day letter signature?

Hi

IS a 45 day letter requires any signature from the employee to get processed.

My attorney told that 45 a day letter was sent for processing to Back log center,But my colleague also called up the same day and was told by Attorney (the same attorney of mine) that They should need his signature ,so they are sending some documents to be signed by my colleague,

my question is when the same attorney told to me that she need not require any signature for me on the documents but she asked my colleague to send back the signed documents to her,Iam confused.

Is anybody faced this kind of situation,otherwise pls let me know whether a 45 day letter need to have any signatures of the employee for further processing.

My Labor is approved.

Hi everyone,
I've applied for my Labor on 26th June 2004.
My attorney called my today & said that it has been approved.
I'm not sure when it was approved but he informed me today.

I just want to update this information with you.

What is your PD ? also do you know when did it transfer to CO DOL ? Mine went to DOL on March 28,2005...I don't know if they still working or will send it to BRC
 
Hi All,

I am very confused too about my case status. My PD is Oct, 1, 2004 and don't know where my case is right now. IT was filed from WY sesa and most probably did not transfer to DENVER DOL. Can someone please let me know if theirs was filed in the same timeline and got a 45 day letter or to which BEC did it get transferred to?

Today I added the 600th record to the tracker.

The rest are SWA records which tells me SWA people are still underrepresented in the tracker.

45 day letter from Wyoming

My LCA was filed in JUne 2004 from Wyomin. I know the state labor has cleared and it is probably in Dallas BEC now. Has anybody received a 45 day letter yet? Any idea what's happening?
