Wrong WAC number on I-551 stamp

Hi,
We noticed recently that on the I-551 stamp on my wife's passport the WAC number i.e I-485 receipt number was written wrongly by the immigration officer.But the Alien number written is correct.
1.)Is this the reason she has'nt received her physical card as yet.
2.)Is this the reason she has'nt received her SSN as yet as we applied on 5th May'2005 the day we got her stamping done.
3.)Presently she's working without SSN but I hope employment eleigibility should not get affected as it is on the basis of Alien number which is attached to the approved I-485.
4.)Do we have to go local CIS ofice to get this rectified.

----------if officer has taken 2 photographs and signature and fingerprint on white form then she may be getting card . if the the officer wrote correct A# and wrong I-485# on white form that is sent for Card production then may be problem or delay for the card, if she does not get card in 60 days after stamping she can file Form G-731, - Inquiry About Status of I-551 Alien

-------------- sometime USCIS does not update and SSA office has to contact USCIS with A#
