Wrong PD

The priority date on my I-140 (I-797 notice of action) is wrong. What should do I do?

My case is EB-1 OR and didn\'t need LC. So, PD should\'ve been the mailed date (12/21/01). But my I-797 says PD is 12/21/02.

Is it ok to leave it alone and then proceed the 485 because everyone can see that the PD is definitely typo?

Or should I-797 the approval notice be amended by request? Is that cause a sever delay to get new approval of notice?

Do you have your I140 receipt notice? Send your I485 with the I140 receipt as well as I140 approval. Explain in a letter why the PD should be whatever.. Send your I485 packet.
Meanwhile, in a separate letter send an amendment or correction to INS about the error. By the time your case is assigned to an officer either PDs won\'t retrogress or your amended/corrected I140 approval will arrive.
For EB1 chances of PD retrogressing is slim, so you are fine here.
