Wrong PD on FP Notice!!!

Hi,

My priority date, as mentioned on my I-140 approval, is actually January 19, 2000. But, the FP notice that I recently received from INS has the priority date printed as April 26, 2001 which essentially is the same as my RD for I-485. Has anyone had similar experience before?

Do you think it matters? Any comments/suggestions will be much appreciated.

Where do you see your Priority Date on the FP Notice. I am
hoding my FP Notice (copy) in my hand and I don\'t see any
column where they have my Priority Date. Am I missing something??

The column is there

They have a separate column for Priority Date on the Notice of Action (Form 797C) for Finger Printing. INS sends the FP notice on this form. If you got this form, you should have Priority Date on it.
