I sent everything yesterday. And now trying to keep up with everyone else, and will try to help if I can
So I was reading forums
just found out that I should be selecting A instead of B.

I have written B in I-485 Part 2 as I dint know. I had asked that question here, but guessed that it should be easy to understand and thats why no one replied. so I checked B as the option

It should be A right?

I'm on H-1B
and my wife is Citizen.

Now, what happens if something is wrong in the forms.
what should I do? or just wait what they have got for me?

Why don't you post the entire question for which you answered B as the option? Do you expect someone to go back and read the entire form before answering your question?

I apologize

Part 2
I am applying for an adjustment to permanent resident status because:

a:An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.

b: My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children.

I should have selected A but I chose B.

Now what should I do?
please advise.
I filed yesterday

Did you also file I-130 at the same time? Did you include a cover letter with your application stating the category under which you are eligible for adjustment of status? Did you include proof of wife's citizenship and proof of marriage? If you did, USCIS will allow you to fix the error at the time of interview.

Yes I have sent I-130 with I-485 both included.
Also attached Wife's citizenship and proof of marriage

I also included cover letter stating all documents, also defined I-130 and (I-485, I-864, I-131, I-765) in two seperate bunch in one envelope.

Hope what you said will happen and I dont have to send everything again with fees again.

Thanks for your reply.

I think USCIS will figure out the intent of your application from your cover letter and supporting documents and you won't have to send everything again. USCIS will go over the application and allow you to fix errors at the interview.

Thanks..

I have tried Intercepting the USPS package, but showing that its reached yesterday(Sunday?? huh?) at the destination.

So let's see.. Will correct if it comes back,
or will wait for their reply if it reaches at USCIS

Keep your fingers crossed and wait. Did you sign up for text or email notification?

Don't worry about it. Either they will figure out on their own based on the other documents you supplied, or they'll address it in the interview.
