I was approved by a judge but my name was mispelled. So far every USCIS document I get comes with my mispelled name. Thank God I was able to get my DL and SS Card with my right name. Now I am ready to change that especially because I'm about to file my I-485 and a for new RTD.
Has anybody had this experience? Where should I go, who should I call or who should I yell at?

thank you,

First change the name on the asylum approval notice.

And how do I do that? what's the procedure? do you know?

I would imagine that you have to get in touch with the Immigration Court where you were first granted asylum. Your name was spelled correctly on your asylum application, right?

After 9/11 they have become strict with this and you really should have it fixed as soon as possible.
