Hello
i just wrote my full name in the application form i reversed it ...
i mean if it's: jack batrik swan
i wrote it first name : jack , middle name: swan , last name: batrik
so my confirmation name is : batrik, jack swan, but batrik is not my last name
so did i dismissed or will be denied if i correct my name in ds forms after winning or what ?
thanks,

This is a pretty big deal. I honestly think you may face issues. Mainly because they suspect that lots of people have been putting in slight variations in their names and then claiming it was a mistake post selection.

It never ceases to amaze how people can get such basic biographical facts wrong on such a simple document that is available for a whole month to inspect and submit properly.
If you live in the U.S. already you MAYBE could get away with it. If not, pretend you’re the CO interviewing applicants for visas at your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate, and someone turned up in the same situation.

Would you believe an applicant that told you s/he couldn’t remember what order their name belonged in at the time of entry?
Would you not question why a different name existed on the original Electronic Diversity Visa entry to the DS/P forms submitted to the KCC? (Assuming you try to put your names back in their proper order on the forms)
Would you believe the applicant is incapable of properly filling out a simple two page document with the most basic of details and a picture after having thirty days to properly ensure all details are correct?
