Wrong DOT code used by Chicago DOL office

Hi, I just found out that my "remand to employer" was caused by the fact that the DOL Chicago used the wrong DOT code for my case. Since the salary requirements for the two DOT codes are different, they are now questioning my case based on the wrong DOT code they had chosen to use. The SOC code listed on my ETA form is perfectly matched to my position and I don\'t understand why the DOL just used a wrong DOT code. Has anyone out there encountered/heard this kind of situation before? Your input will be highly appreciated.
