Wrong DOB on file

Last year I & my wife applied for I485, mine got approved some time back and hers was pending FP. We also applied for her AP and in the approved I512 (AP) the DOB had a typo and it made her 20 years older. My lawyer said that only her AP might have been entered wrongly. Later her EAD had RFE on this, and we sent a BC and got EAD with correct DOB. A month back i applied for her AP renewal and got it with correct DOB.
When yesterday i got her rescheduled FP, it had the wrong DOB (matched orginal AP date). Now it looks like her DOB on file is wrong.

Will this cause any problem in her namecheck and subsequent I551 GC card also?

Should i write to USCIS to get it corrected or should i wait for RFE (if they send it)?

------- if the lawyer filed her I-485 then ask the lawyer copy of her I-485 form and copy of form G325A, see if the DOB is correct or not, if it is incorrect on the submitted forms then lawyer can request to change her DOB on the forms.

yup, my lawyer filled it out wrong on the forms too...however I picked it up before it was mailed out to INS and had it corrected. So its not always the INS, it could be your own lawyer who might have messed up !!! Just ask for the copy of forms without letting him in why you need those..if the DOB is wrong on it...have him do what ever it takes to get it corrected pronto.

My lawyer says that on the forms that they had sent out it was correct. I also remember going through the forms and finding no mistakes.
