wrong date stamped on AP and I94

My wife entered US on april 9th using her AP. The officer has stamped the entry date on her AP, passport and I94 as 5/9/03 instead of 4/9/03. Is this an issue of concern, if so how do I get this rectified. Any suggestions or input in this issue will be highly appreciated.

Why should you care as long as the AP is valid thru may. consider keeping the airline ticket and boarding-card stubs handy. They may be helpful in case any problem occurs.
