Wrong Date of Birth on AP. Travel to India in July. Please help

Hello all,

The date of birth on AP is incorrect in my case and I am traveling to India in July. Filed for correction at TSC in February. Check was cashed right away, Gotr a receipt in a week. CUrrent TSC processing dates are Dec 17th for I-131.

IS there any way to speed this up ? IS it possible to take an infopass appointment after 90 days of receipt ?

Any pointers would be highly useful.

there was a typo my name in AP - i called INS , they wanted to file again( again have to wait for 3 months).
I took the risk and travelled with application in hand ( in case some one questions ) to prove it's not my fault.
They did not even pay attention to those details, all they did was check the document is valid.

so decide accordingly.

IN my case, I re-filed already since I thought I had almost 5 months before the travel date. I am starting to feel a bit nervous now , but I still have another 3.5 months before the travel date.
