Can I work with wrong date of birth on my EAD card. INS goofed up
again. I have already contacted my attorney. She checked all the
papers that she had submitted and said it was a mistake on INS\'s part.
She says we have two options:
1) Fax a letter to CSC to get it fixed.
2) Submit another EAD application.
I have asked her to fax a letter to CSC.
In the meantime, can I use the EAD card? Any experienced people
out there??
