Hi LolaLi,
Yes, I answer 'Yes' to question 16 under 'Good Moral Character'. I had few minor Traffic citations in the past and none in last 6 years....clean as a whistle. After I sent my package I realized I should have just said No but oh well. It was confusing and I wanted to make things all clear for USCIS? Any effect on this? Thanks.
Hey 2BUSCTZN,
You are right, you should have said 'No'.
I do not foresee any problems actually. I would recommend you try to obtain proof of payment for all those tickets - although they fall out of the 5 year category for the good moral character requirement. However, since you put them on the application, the IO has the right to ask questions.
However, once you get to that part, just inform the IO that you do not have any traffic citations in the past 6 years and put all your past citations so as to document everything. Then present him/her with the proof of payment and you'll be done.
