Writing Name and A# on the back of photo

Hello,

I used black pen to write Name on the back of photo instead of pencil for my spouse's I-485 and I-765.

Will INS reject Photos for EAD and I-485 application?

Does anyone have such experience??

in my case i forgot to write name and A# on back of photo of my EAD. i've not heard any thing from ins. but it's only been 3 months since i apply.

anyway, the worst that could happen to us is an 'RFE'. so just wait...

pencil Vs Pen? where do you get such fantastic doubts??? I have used both pencil and pen on my photos to INS and have gotten the approvals.
If you think usage of pen or pencil makes a difference , then you should be really s....
