write your pririty date

PD: August 2001, EB3 INDIA

Labor recently cleared. Applying for I140 next week. Ineligible to apply for I485 due to retrogression.
 
Why are guys writing your priority dates in this ?? Is there any purpose ? are we tracking something ???

There are already "n" number of trackers for priority dates... !!!!!!!!!!

Priority date - June 19, 1997
Country- Bangladesh

EB1; COB is India. PD 14 MAY 2003. As per current DOS bulletin my PD is current, sometime in August 2003. However, NSC made an error in placing me in wrong category. Currently getting help from local Senator's office to have NSC correct that error; so that hopefully I can get through soon before the dates change again for some reason.

485 receipt date-29 th june 2005 i245 with $1000. penelty
bio -code 2 done -oct 6th 2005
no answer since than -------------------
