I have written to the Labor Dept. About that 45 days for filing I-140. I request you all to write a suggestion to make it 6 months or atleast 90 days here are the details. It is very simple just write 2-3 lines doesn't take emore than 2 minutes. Please do it as it may bite us badly inspite of being 100% genuine benificiary.
