Hi guys: I am again. I finally decided to go into the court for suing USCIS. I need the address of the court in atlanta for that. Also any sample law suit documents and the name of peoples whom i sued. I am in Alabama. Can i do a law suit in my state too. Nearest cities are Birmingham and Montogomery.
4 years is enough to sit and wait for all their crap.

Agreed. Filing a law suit is much different than filing an application and a simple error in just following court procedures is all it takes to throw all your efforts/money down the drain.

If you do decide to pursue WOM on your own, however, google writ of mandamus and study tons of information scattered all over the internet. I remember the Wikipedia page used to be very good, but they must have deleted most of the useful stuff (because they are practical, not official, or something like that).
