I got my Oath letter today. It took seven months from interview to oath where I suspected everyone from my stars to the postman for the delay. I even thought the letter got thrown out with the junk mail that we keep tossing out of the mail box.

Thank you Krishna, Jesus, Mohammed and the other guys up there! Phew!

that would be 11 months after interview not 7. or maybe u were asked to provide more documentation????? plz share...
and also, can u tell me what kind of envelope they used to send oath and what it says on it.? USCIS or homeland security envelope.?????

No- no documentation was needed. I have no idea what the delay was all about. The envelope was that of Homeland Security. They called me to sign a form in time for the oath. apparently, my fingerprints would have expired in another week
