APPROVED 04/05/2004

Third, I just want to post a little more as many people still concering about AC21 and salary...

Never been on bench...
I changed the lawyer as my first stupid lawyer wasn't cooperating as I was quitting the Employer. So, I changed the company after more than 180 days and working on EAD.
Filed AC21...my LC title and salary was very low (around 20k).

Hope this helps.

Last, thank you very much all. Lets hope for the best.

Good luck everybody.

PS: 'll update on rupnet.

I am guessing it would have to be the actual salary, since any documentation filed would need to follow the prevailing wage guidelines, or would be questioned at the least.

Filed AC21 sometime in NOV'03...but changed the Company in MAY'03.
My LC salary was low(-20k)
No RFEs

It's interestesting.

First things first, Congrats and Good Luck. :)

It is really interesting that an LC with a salary of 20K was approved by the labor dept and not questioned by INS. Can u please post more details.

when I say -20K...that'z the difference
My LC salary was around 50K...now around 70K
sorry if I confused anybody...

Was your job title same as in LC ?
-->Yes, My job title is different (much better now) than LC.

Congrats. Did you move to a different state for the new job
-->my first employer was in VSC region, and second employer is in NSC region (had been working in NSC region...no address change)
