Would we ever know what is going on with Ngwanyia Vs. Ashcroft negotiation? I'm afraid if this issue will be left hanging like he did with that woman asylum case who has been victim of battering by her husband for ten years. Does anyone know when will we hear something whether good or bad. It would be at least good to know what are they going to decide

The justice system takes a long time to do anything in this country. This suit was filed almost three years ago. So be patient and not be obsessed over this. Live your life.

Thankful, the big deal is that I'll get my green card this year instead of 2007 and become citizen in 2011 instead of 2013. I'm sure a lot of other people are in the same boat
