My wife came to USA about 5 years ago on TN visa. Then she did an AOS and got her Green Card 3 and half years ago. So She was on TN visa a year and half and the further 3 and half on Green Card. Can she apply for citizenship now? would the year and half on TN visa count?
No, your wife is not yet eligible to file for citizenship. Her countdown clock starts from when she became a LPR, and not from when she was working on a NIV.
