There are specific extreme circumstances under which USCIS will expedite processing, all of which are extreme urgency like humanitarian in case of an earthquake, or business related - potential big loss.
You probably belong to the category with the rest of us.
Well, I thought about this myself and decided it can not hurt, so I am asking the republican senator for my area to help me squeeze out a fingerprint notice from TSC.
I am ND 7/2002.
If nothing else at least we will keep the pressure on TSC that they are being watched.
