07/03/06 - LUD on I-485
07/06/06 - LUD on I-765
07/06/06 - LUD on I-131
07/12/06 FP Notice
07/21/06 FP Done
07/31/06 Interview Notice
09/11/06 Interview date

Here's my problem:

I have a job offer and I need my EAD ASAP!

I've read numerous posts about how InfoPass is a much better way to get an update on your case status compared to the online status updates. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. The online case update doesn't seem to be moving!

Does it make sense to get an InfoPass appointment to check my I-765 status?

Anyways, I don't think infopass is gonna help you.
EAD is usually issued within 2 months if no RFE came along.
And you get an email when it is approved....

By law, you could ask for the interim EAD after 90 days....but you will have had your interview already by then....
Just tell your employer to hold off for one more month...
 
Yeah....it was nice to get an interview date. But soon after, u get greedy for the next thing to arrive!! I guess I need to be patient with this process.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll save myself a trip to the local office for now.
