I have been reading these forums for a while now and it seems that most people have good news based on cases when they go for an interview.I married my husband because i love him.He is 14 years older than me,i read somewhere that immigration frowns on such marriages with a great age difference. If so who are they to judge .Does anyone think i will have problems in my interviews ?.

I wonder how much longer of a wait i've got?.

I am in the same situation, they look at the whole to be honest.
they state in their field manual that they are not there to judge the viability of the marriage (if it will last) but the bonafides (if it is genuine or not)
gather your evidence show it to them and you will be fine if you have nothing to hide.

Don't even stress about it! I'm in the same situation as you are - my hubby is 14 years older than me. I had an interview 3 years ago, and everything went smooth. They didn't even say anything on the subject. Plus, 14 years is not that big of a deal, really. They don't care about it, what they care about is the evidence that you guys are living together, have staff together and paying your taxes. Although, of course, there have been some cases when the interviewing officer appeared as a total ass, I am sure you'll be fine. Good luck!
p.s. by great age difference they mean MUCH GREATER difference :)

what does great mean?
mine is 23 years you think that is bad enough?
or is it like anna nicole smith style?
come to think of it zeta jones and douglas must be pretty far apart.
I wonder who interviewed her.
haha
Also jim carrey is canadian, i would have liked to interview him, what a trip
as for the wait, going by mine i say you have a little less than 2 years to wait
although one guy here got his in 4 months, not sure if it was marriage based but expect quite a wait.

What does great mean is right. If i were 22 and my husband were 80 LOL that would be a great age difference and downright creepy.I am not going to worry about it.My marriage is legit and i am happy.

Exactly! Anyways, even if you were 24 and your spouse 80, there's not a damn thing they could do about it :) Love is a pretty amazing thing :)
